With an annual termite contract, you receive regular inspections ensuring your home is termite-free. Also, since termiticides don’t last forever, you receive regularly scheduled re-treatments to ensure your home's continued long-term protection. And as always, those visits are scheduled with you. We never show up unannounced at your property.
